DMaaST Consortium Meets in Ljubljana to Consolidate Early Project Work

The DMaaST consortium gathered in Ljubljana, Slovenia, on 26–27 February 2025 for a project meeting focused on consolidating early results and refining the project’s technical direction. Hosted by Trace Labs, the meeting brought together partners at a key point in the transition from project setup to active implementation.

Discussions centred on the alignment of methodological approaches across DMaaST, with partners reviewing how individual tasks contribute to the project’s broader ambition to enable more resilient and adaptive manufacturing systems. Particular attention was given to ensuring coherence between technical development, use-case preparation and system integration activities.

The meeting provided an opportunity to clarify interfaces between work packages and to identify dependencies that will shape the next phase of development. By addressing these aspects early, the consortium strengthened its capacity to deliver integrated solutions rather than isolated technical components.

EEIP, acting as task leader within the communication and dissemination work package, contributed to exchanges on how emerging results and concepts should be positioned for external audiences. This included aligning messaging with project maturity and identifying opportunities for early stakeholder engagement without overstating technical readiness.

The consortium also confirmed priorities for the months ahead and agreed on coordination mechanisms to support effective collaboration as the project progresses. A short team-building moment complemented the formal agenda and supported partner interaction.
